IMPORTANT NOTICE:

From March 14, 2007:

I heard from James Marlowe (Director/Producer of Graves End, co-owner of the Marlowe/Pugnetti Company and all around Great guy! :) and he said: "We are on DVD in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom which is cool. Also, the BBC picked us up which is very cool, too.

Our film is playing in Palo Alto, California at the Aquarius theater this Wednesday, March 14th at 9:00pm." Go Check it out!!! :)

Internet Movie Data Base Check out Grave End's File at the Internet Movie Database (IMDB). The IMDB has TONS of info about the movie. They said that Graves End Premiered in Hungary on Television on February 28, 2007!!! : )

From September 2006:

I heard from James Marlowe (Director/Producer of Graves End, co-owner of the Marlowe/Pugnetti Company and all around Great guy! :) and he said: "We are being released in over 20 countries overseas including Germany, the United Kingdom and Italy. We have more countries to hit but we’re doing well. Depending on how things go, I’d LOVE fan support to push for a theatrical release. “Graves End” is being repped by Showcase Entertainment overseas and U.S. distribution is being negotiated."

From May 2006:

I heard from Brian Pugnetti (Producer of Graves End, co-owner of the Marlowe/Pugnetti Company and all around Great guy! :) and he said: "Graves End continues to be reviewed by domestic distributors. That's a good thing of course, but it means we're now on their time schedule and must twiddle our thumbs until they are ready. Meanwhile the film is continuing to gain momentum Internationally with Showcase Entertainment. They're at Cannes right now. Graves End is not slatted to be shown there (at the Cannes film festival). However, Showcase Entertainment, the company marketing the film Internationally, will be previewing it there for potential foreign buyers. Cannes is not only a film festival, it is a film market."

Description: FBI Agent PAUL RICKMAN (Steven Williams) is not happy about returning to the town of Graves End. He's the town's villain since he botched the investigation of a high profile case involving the kidnaping and murder of the son of wealthy town patron TARKINGTON GRAVES (Eric Roberts), and his trophy wife KRISSI (Valerie Mikita). Rickman's bungling allowed the chief suspect to go free. Now he is back investigating the unexplained disappearances of paroled violent felons who, when kicked out of other communities, were invited by the friendly folks of Graves End to move there. With four-million dollars in lost ransom as bait, the vigilante cat-and-mouse game that follows escalates into suspenseful plot-twisting action as Rickman uncovers much more than he bargained for. Cast: Eric Roberts (Star 80, Runaway Train,) Steven Williams (21 Jump Street, The X-Files,) Daniel Roebuck (The Fugitive, US Marshals, Matlock, The Late Shift, Nash Bridges), Valerie Mikita, Sky Soleil, Fairly Tull, Edward Perotti. Ladies and Gentlemen, the winner of Best Actor in a motion picture... (he opens the envelope)....is......STEVEN WILLIAMS! Steven jumped up and screamed in joy. He loved it. From May, 2005:
SANTA CRUZ FILM FESTIVAL I received emails from James Marlowe and Brian Pugnetti, who are the Producers (as well as director, writers, and all-around Great guys) behind the movie 'GRAVES END'! GRAVES END will be Premiering at The IV Annual Santa Cruz Film Festival!!! :)

“Graves End” is the only film to play TWICE at the Santa Cruz Film Festival!!! It will first be shown on Friday, May 6th at 9:00 PM (Del Mar Theater) and Saturday, May 7th at 11:00 PM - THE LATE LATE SHOW (The Riverfront Theater). The blurp at the Santa Cruz Film Festival website says, "Some dark secrets won’t stay buried forever. Shot in the mountains of Santa Cruz, where a more than a few weird things have actually happened! “Graves End” is the kind of film that could have been very dark, humorless, sterile, and deeply disturbing. Instead this pulpish, edgy, fun, moody, convoluted, complex, campy, and shocking film is a romp in the thriller/horror genre. As James Marlow states: “…with tongue planted firmly in cheek, I used humor to break tension and segue us from one scene to another. The film needed a balance and humor is an excellent equalizer.” “Graves End” is the only film to screen twice during fest-DON’T MISS IT!!!"

Graves End stars Eric Roberts, Daniel Roebuck, Steven Williams, Valerie Mikita, Fairly Tull, Ed Perotti, Sky Soleil, Nick Stellate, Adam Del Rio, Joe Wyka, Bruce Robertson, Shawny Hoops, Kimberly Bridges, Durand Ford, Geno Carvalho, Martha Milton Stookey, Jack Powell, Rick Askew and Tony Santucci among others! :) I was Very Fortunate to be able to be on set for a couple of days! I was an extra (signed up by Dan Roebuck himself!) in the film. I got to meet all the Wonderful cast and crew and will be getting several photos up on this website soon! :)

I hope you all can go to the Santa Cruz Film Festival and tell them Angela aka ALWheaties sent ya!!! ;)

Take Care!
